Yes, we are a professional manufacturer of environmental chambers, industrial ovens, universal tensile testers, UV aging test chambers, industrial muffle furnaces, paper packing testers, plastic rubber testers, adhesive testers, and other testing equipment.
Every machine purchased from our factory includes a 12-month warranty after shipment. We offer 12 months of free maintenance, with an additional 2-month extension to account for sea transportation.
If your machine experiences issues, contact us via email or phone. We will diagnose the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Solutions are typically provided within 24 to 48 hours after problem confirmation.
What is the delivery time?
Standard machines are typically available from stock. For out-of-stock items, delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. We can accommodate urgent requests with special arrangements.
