Yes, we are one of China's professional manufacturers of environmental chambers, industrial ovens, universal tensile testers, UV aging test chambers, industrial muffle furnaces, and other testing equipment. All machines include 12 months warranty after shipment, with FREE maintenance during this period. Considering sea transportation, we extend an additional 2 months for international customers.
If your equipment requires service, contact us via email or phone. We will diagnose the issue through conversation or video chat and provide solutions within 24 to 48 hours.
What are your delivery terms?
Standard machines are typically available from warehouse stock. For non-stock items, delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. We accommodate urgent requirements with special arrangements.
Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your specifications. We provide OEM and ODM services, including application of your logo on equipment.
How can I install and use the machine?
Upon order confirmation, we provide English operation videos via email. Most machines ship fully assembled - simply connect the power cable to begin operation. When necessary, we can provide on-site installation assistance.
